DMCA Policy for Qatar A380
Qatar A380 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications regarding content hosted on the Qatar A380 platform or services.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Qatar A380, please notify us according to the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled by Qatar A380, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Qatar A380 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
